Where to manage records

If your domain uses DUHosting nameservers → manage in cPanel Zone Editor

If you use external DNS (e.g., Cloudflare) → add records there

Use your actual server IP and any provider includes.
DKIM
In cPanel:

Go to Email Deliverability

Select your domain

Click Manage

Ensure DKIM is Enabled and copy the records if needed
DMARC (TXT record)
Name/Host: _dmarc
Type: TXT
Value (starter policy):
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@yourdomain.tld; adkim=s; aspf=s
Troubleshooting

Still going to spam → ensure reverse DNS, clean sending reputation, and correct DNS propagation.

SPF PermError / too many lookups → simplify includes and remove unused providers.
