Auto-Renewal helps you avoid domain downtime by renewing automatically before expiry.
Applies to
All domain extensions (.tz, .co.tz, .com, etc.) managed through DUHosting Client Area (WHMCS).
Steps (Client Area)

Login to DUHosting Client Area

Go to Domains → My Domains

Click the domain you want
-
Find Auto Renewal
-
Switch it to Enable
-
Ensure your account balance / payment method is ready before the due date
Notes

Auto-Renewal only succeeds if the invoice is paid on time (or balance is sufficient).

If you use Mobile Money, pay invoices early to avoid last-minute issues.
Troubleshooting

I don’t see Auto-Renewal toggle → Domain may not be set to auto-generate renewal invoices. Contact support.

Auto-renew enabled but domain still expired → Invoice might have remained unpaid.
